How make a Component to control map to move

Hello, every superiors:
       Now I should finish a task, like [ATTACH=CONFIG]34301[/ATTACH],when click the left section ?? the map can move to left??when
click to right ??the map can move to right; the up and down  also like that.

Just to be clear, are you looking to create a specific widget that handles map navigation using mouse clicks?

If so, this would be really easy for you to create

Users can already navigate the map using the arrow keys on the keyboard.

It would be the same event hookup, listening for a location-sensitive mouse-click instead of a specific key click event.
