Hi everyone! Can I set the position of the label for the buffer polygons as shown below? They should be oriented in the same direction, not in free positions. Thanks for any help!

Yeah you should be able to find all you label properties for ay layer in ArcGIS Pro in the following window.
Right click on the layer, select label properties and then navigate to the position tab. This will give you all your labelling position options.
