I'm trying to export points from a CSV file into Story Map Tour, but when I do, the location is all messed up. I'm trying to figure out what the problem is, I've attached screenshots from the file and the result.

Sorry you are having an issue. I'm not sure what it might be from the screenshots. Could you please post (or private message me) your CSV file so I can take a closer look?

Whenever something like that happens to me, I find that a value in one of the other fields has a comma in it that throws it off.
Your lat/long are mixed up in the Excel, unless you're mapping a fire station on Antarctica.
