You should probably start by looking at Schneider's ArcFM Support pages: http://resources.arcfmsolution.com/

Schneider Electric are Esri business partners and their products are built upon the Esri framework.  That being said,

Esri won't be able to offer you specific ArcFM support here.

It might be worth signing up to MyArcFM so you're able to access Schneider's online forums and support portal.
