Feature Layer only returns ObjectID

In either JSAPI 3x or 4x FeatureLayer on click (or view on click for 4x) only returns ObjectID for attributes, anyone else experienced this? On Server 10.4

The issue you are having is you are not using the right CaSe of the property. It is outFields not outfields.
