そのpdfとそこにリンクされているgifはどちらも古いようです（リンク切れ、古いESRIのブランディングなど）。このモデルの更新版（特にgdbテンプレート）が存在するかご存知の方はいらっしゃいますか？非常に有望に見え、再構築したくありません。<\/P>

That is helpful, thanks.  Unfortunately, it led me to the same document.  I'm hoping somebody has actually created the geodatabase described in the poster and is willing to share it as a template.  Maybe not...
