なぜESRI Maps for officeは動作しないのですか？

<\/HEAD>ESRI Maps for officeを使おうとして問題が発生しています。ファイルをダウンロードしてMicrosoft Excelで見ることはできますが、ログインしようとすると有効なESRI ArcGIS onlineサブスクリプションが必要だと言われます。問題は、私にはサブスクリプションがあり、それはアクティブであることです。他に同じ問題を経験した人はいますか？または回避策をご存知の方はいませんか？ <\/P><\/BODY><\/HTML>

Hi Stephanie,

Esri Maps for Office requires an Organization Account.  It looks like you have a public account.  You can contact customer service to activate your ArcGIS Online Organization.

I get the error when I log on with my credentials, its like it recognizes I have an account but tells me I need to have either an admin add me or sign up for a 30 day trial etc. I thought it was a public account, I even went and tried to create one to make sure and the system told me its already a public account etc. I included the error below...

Are you receiving an error when you try to log in?  Is your online account a public account?
