How can I add logo on my story map title if there isn't ''header'' section in the ''settings''.

See the email I sent you. I included a screenshot of dialog in the Story Map Journal builder > Settings dialog that lets you change the logo shown in the header. Your story map is really nice and you should put your organization's logo into the header so you get the credit instead of Esri! http://www.arcgis.com/apps/MapJournal/index.html?appid=5d418bc7fcae46e593a3df875e86ada5
