Viewing CAD data in ArcGIS Explorer

Is it possible to view CAD data in ArcGIS Explorer? I have tried to save the dwg data as a layer file but when adding it to ArcGIS Explorer the data does not show.

I solved the problem. Apparently there wasn't a coordinate system defined for the cad file and there for it didn't show.

How did you solve it? I need to do the same thing.

What CAD software are you using? Autocad Map or Civil 3D or something else? We just have plain AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with some files we would like to import but would like to know how you did that.
