Map not visible on public ip.

i have publish my arcgis server website.my website and resources are visible on my local network.when i access my website from local ip like 172.16.72.63 it comes and every thing works for me.but when i access it from my public ip like 212.26.42.75.iit shows only our logo and header part of application.when i inspect it shows some libraries not loading specially arcgis libraires.how to sole this issue.

Sometimes there is a glitch when publishing certain services and I do not fully know why. I have found that it helps when I open my MXD from ArcCatalog and publish it from there, as opposed to opening the MXD from Windows Explorer. Also, the server name of my folder connection in ArcCatalog has to be named a certain way to match the server itself (which I also do not fully understand). So, I am not sure that this helps...
