Availability of "old" (4326) Standard Map Services

Question

Any official statements from ESRI how long the old Standard Map Services (http://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services) with 4326 spatial reference will be available?

For information on the life cycle of ArcGIS Online services, a life cycle document is available.  This document lists which services are in general availability, extended support, mature support, and retired.

At the end of 2010 we'll be retiring some Map Services, but the more popular Street Map and Imagery services in WGS84 will remain available.  You should be aware that while these services will remain available, they are no longer updated.  They were last updated in June 2009.

The life cycle document and the ArcGIS Online blog are both good places to get the latest information on the status of a service.

There is no official date for retiring the old services. It may happen at the end of 2010. We will certainly post announcements on the blog in advance of taking anything down.
