ArcGIS 10.6. ArcMap, Changing Symbology of a point featureclass.

Question

I am following instruction for my Lab assignment. I am requested to select under Show: Quantities, and then to select Graduated Colors. Following, I have to click on Symbol and select Properties of All Symbols... from the pop up menu.

However nothing comes up when I do that. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Jim. This is exactly what I did, however I couldn't follow my assignment steps. Hope anyone form ESRI can address this issue.

I have had some issues with this in the past. My workaround is to select all the symbols first, and then use the right click (on the Symbol tab at the top) and choose "properties for selected symbols".
