Help on identify tool

Question

Can anyone please help me in customizing identify tool using arcgis viewer for flex 3.6 . What i want exactly this info tool should be available on top somewhere , whether in navigation tools or somewhere on map. It will be easier for user to access info tool in that case despite of being going to open widget everytime. Please help me out.

Ohh i am managed to add a mouse event listener to mapmanger.mxml but not sure on code aspects. Will be waiting for anything usefull. thanks

Robert can you please help me in this one. actually using default popup config is not feasible for my solution since no. of layers are huge for my application and maintainig xml for all is a difficult task.

I want identify tool like arcgis desktop one for esri flex viewer 3.6. this is the reason i added info icon below navigation tools but this is only opening the existing widget , i want it to perform task on click of feature. Thanks
