I noticed that the Start and End dates in all of the Queries for the web edition are pulling an incorrect number. The numbers display correctly in the Desktop edition.
It would be better if you match it with the date format of the machine hosting the ArcGIS Desktop version.
Is the style you are displaying what it needs to be changed to?

If you are using ArcGIS for Server, try changing the Date format in control panel in the host machine.
