ArcGis 10 - TauDem5用GeoTiff

<\/HEAD>こんにちは！<\/SPAN> 私はTauDem5を使って、DInfアルゴリズムによるDEMの流向を作成しようとしています。まず最初に、ArcGis10でテキストファイルからインポートしたポイントの補間（IDW）を行いました。その後、DEMを.tifファイルとしてエクスポートし、TauDemのDInfFlowDirツールの入力として使用しました。コマンドラインからこのプロセスを実行しようとするたびに、次のエラーが発生します：<\/SPAN> ファイルを開く際のエラー。<\/SPAN> アプリケーションはMPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 22)を呼び出しました - プロセス0<\/SPAN> 何が問題なのかよくわかりません。インストールの問題でしょうか、それとも出力形式が間違っているのでしょうか？<\/SPAN> ご助力いただけると幸いです！<\/SPAN> どうもありがとうございます！<\/SPAN> よろしくお願いいたします！<\/SPAN><\/BODY><\/HTML>

All of these errors indicate that MPI is not installed correctly. I recall it was a big ordeal to get MPI to work. Go to MPI website and follow their installation/troubleshooting.

I had the exact issue - "TauDEM input files have to be GeoTiff files".Has anybody figured out a solution to this error? I am attempting to do the same thing, my input is a GeoTiff and I still get this error.

I have not found any documentation on this, if anyone else has run into this I would appreciate your insight!
