こちらが私たちの wms URL です: http:\/\/gis.onslowcountync.gov:6080\/arcgis\/services\/Fire\/Fire_ISO_Response_District_Map\/MapServer\/WMSServer<\/A> <\/P><\/P>ArcGIS Desktop には問題なく追加できますが、AGOL アカウントにも追加したいです。しかし、アクセスできないと何度も表示されます。<\/P><\/P>私が何か間違っているのでしょうか？<\/P><\/P>ありがとうございます！<\/P><\/BODY><\/HTML>

It works for me if I leave out the port number in the URL:
http://gis.onslowcountync.gov/arcgis/services/Fire/Fire_ISO_Response_District_Map/MapServer/WMSServer
You may want to reorder the layers to move the polygon layer to the bottom to not block the other layers below them.
You can also add it as a REST service: Fire/Fire_ISO_Response_District_Map (MapServer)
