kml(kmz) in rest

arcgis server rest services when i didn't patched it . In the Web Page , i query a layer (FID < 10) with kmz return.  it works ok. and return 10 records.

But when  patched it with sp3 or above(sp4,sp5). the result deosn't work. it return all the records.

i also look at the tips "http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/57231-Query-with-KMZ-format-output-returns-bad-results?highlight=kml"

my layer has no join tables.

ravi's  Answer i checked , and i find the services  in "http://servicesbeta.esri.com/ArcGIS/rest/services" is with sp2.

was it a bug?  can somebody check it ?

I am seeing the same thing right now at 10.04.

every get a solution or workaround?
