Data Extract Widget - Missing zip file

Question

Hi All,

I have published a clip and ship geoprocessing service which I am using in the Data Extract widget. I am able to use the data extract widget on my site, everything works as expected, it tells me it generated the file and asks if I want to save it. I choose the name and location to save it too, but when I go to that location to unzip the file, no file is there. The download and save isn't actually happening.

I am using ArcGIS Server 10.2 and Flex Application Builder 3.5. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.
