problem with arc swat or arc gis 10.1???

I am using windows 8. i am working on ESRI ARC GIS 10.1 and ARC SWAT. when i start my project set up in arc swat, it is showing following problems. as stated in the image files,

i can't figure it out whats going one. i tried every possible effort like dot net updates, checking compatibility of arc gis & arc swat, changing project directory for model project set up. but unable to get rid of these problem
