How to create a title and logo at top left for flex viewer?

I need to create another logo at the top right corner of flex viewer, and also add a new title at the top right.  But the <title> tag always set the text to the top left. Thanks!

Steve, You would have to edit the HeaderControllerWidget.mxml I add --right="10" to the , but nothing changes. This VGroup is inside the , I think it should be the right place to make change. To test, I created a new VGroup below the titleGroup VGroup, set it to right="10". But it seems I cannot control it, it still show up on top left. I was wondering why? Thanks a lot!
