Select Layer By Attribute for Landsat 8 Analytic

Greetings,

I am trying to query Landsat 8 Analytic imagery for specific criteria e.g., PR, Month, Cloud Cover but for some reason, it runs and runs but never finishes (stuck at 4%). I can do this in ArcMap 10.2.2 for the same service (http://landsat2.arcgis.com/arcgis/services/Landsat/MS/ImageServer) fairly quickly as well as other image servers. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas how to fix this?

Just to follow up with this, the query finally finished but, it took a very, very long time. Anyone have an idea as to why this would take so long in ArcGIS Pro and hardly any time in ArcMap 10.2.2?
