Add item feature layer

Can anyone suggest what would be the issue when selected add item , we are getting the following error.

Yes, ArcGIS Enterprise at version 10.7.1. Yes, we are using Chrome.

Hi Srini,

Is the ArcGIS Enterprise at version 10.7.1 and you are using Chrome? there is a bug in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1:

* BUG-000124817 - Clicking Add Item in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 Content tab returns the following error message: "This service type is not supported" in Google Chrome

Its specific to 10.7.1 and no longer appears in later versions.
