Need to move shapefiles and other content  from deactivated licensed machine to newly activated and authorized machine.  Approximately 30 shapefiles and associated  data

USB / thumb drive (?) or is more complicated than that? something like One Drive or its equivalent.

In either case you can maintain folder structure on your new machine
