Could someone help pls, I installed arcgis server but launch the server manager and couldn't find 'create web application tab'' and don't know where to go again.

I only have arcgis server 10.1 and i want to built the application using JavaScript API. When i log into the manager as admin I only saw Http://localhost:6080/arcgis/manager. html. I didn't install .net framework.

Its not http://localhost:6080/arcgis/manager/login.html           It must be http://localhost:6080/arcgis/manager/login.aspx

Could you see the "ArcGIS Web Applications for the Microsoft .NET Framework" at;

Start --> All Programs --> ArcGIS --> "ArcGIS Web Applications for the Microsoft .NET Framework"  -->  ArcGIS Web Applications Manager - arcgis

If not, you may not installed the "ArcGIS Web Applications for the Microsoft .NET Framework"

Hello Mainam, You can open 'create web application tab' from ArcGIS Web Applications Manager 10.1 site from this url: http:////Manager/login.aspx Like http://myserver/ArcGIS/Manager/login.aspx Sure i use http://localhost:6080/arcgis/manager/login.html, but after login as admin yet i can't see the "create web application tab" .how do I create web application using arcgis for server 10.1? I appreciate your efforts. Maina
