Hello. I want to create an ArcGIS online map or application with my free account. I want to place some filters so I can sort and filter data. The map should be something like this:

Beware | BEyond landslide aWAREness; unifying landslide data standards, building capacities involving local communities

I need to know is it possible to do with a free account or I need to pay.
