Is it possible to add parameters to such a link? https://servicesxxxx.arcgis.com/xyz/arcgis/rest/services/layer/FeatureServer

If so, which parameters can be added?

Where would you want to apply this functionality? If it is in the REST API, you can query the feature service. In case it's in the web map you will be able to do this with a filter in he web map or creating a hosting feature layer view.

For example: How I can show points that have a certain value in one of the attributes
