I created a web mapping application using the Directions (beta) template in ArcGIS Online. On a computer it works great. However, when I try to access the application on my iPhone I get an "Unable to create map: Item does not exist or is inaccessible". I changed the service URL to Https and this didn't fix access. I did it using WiFi and my cell data (Verizon) and still got the same error message. I tried on Safari and Google Chrome with the same results. Has anyone else had this problem?
