Profile elevation tool

I have DEM's of cell size 0.25m with resolution 2m and mosaic of DEM's. I am using this tool Profile elevation but failed as i have floating raster values. Please guide asi have to generate my own data GP service.

Hi!!!

What you can do is run the float to int.
That is in:
• 3d tools analyst
• Mathematical raster
