Issue: When an attribute rule is run and the conditions aren't met, this returns a SEVERE error in ArcGIS Server logs.
Impact: This can result in a flood the Severe log level with noise. E.g. editors may make errors that they self-resolve (enforced by the attribute rule) but flood the logs.
Idea: Add configuration to Attribute Rules to allow the Server log level to be set as required (e.g. Severe, Warning, Info etc) in the Error section of the Attribute Rule pane. See attachment.
