Identify Window does not expand in some desktops

Good afternoon,

We are running a viewer created in AGOL Experience Builder, and on some desktops the Identify feature does not expand the pop-up window to show the attribute information. This issue occurs only in Microsoft Edge; the viewer works correctly in Google Chrome.

I couldn't reproduce this issue. Could you provide a public app or contact the Support team to help reproduce the issue?
