Best Practice to see video data via Online

I'm hoping to upload or somehow allow videos to my organizations Online, so our field crews can see sewer inspection videos on their tablets by clicking a feature on the map. I can't directly create a link for them to access this from our servers as we do not have public access (unless there's a way to allow this without it being public access?) So if anyone has any best practices on how to go about this.... there's a lot of videos and pretty big files. I originally thought to try to attach the videos to a feature and upload that feature to Online, but it maxed out our credits instantly and so trying to figure out a better route. And currently we do not have any type of cloud storage to put these files on as well. Any suggestions/solutions is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I think you've burned through all of your options. The videos have to be hosted somewhere......it's just a matter of where.

You've already ruled out AGOL because it maxes out your credits. And you've ruled out a cloud provider as well. The only place left where you can host them is where they currently exist, somewhere on your server.

The only option I can think of at this point would be to make your videos accessible through a VPN. It still wouldn't be publicly accessible, but you could access the videos in the field as long as you were connected to VPN on your device. But depending on your IT department's policies, that might not be allowed. But that's the only option that's left that I can think of.
