第4章のチュートリアルデータは「Create the mosaic dataset container」セクションまでは問題なさそうでしたが、New --> Mosaic Datasetのジオデータベースオプションがグレーアウトしています。<\/P>
先に進めません。ダウンロードを削除して再度ダウンロード／解凍しましたが、結果は同じです。<\/P>
Do you have a Basic license or Standard or Advanced. It seems that some functionality requires a license above basic.

Not sure what the book is using, you will have to be more specific about what tools that they are referring to.

To start, are you using an ArcGIS Pro Standard or ArcGIS Pro Advanced license? If yes, you can try a different way to create the mosaic dataset. In the Geoprocessing tools pane, search for the Create Mosaic Dataset tool and open it. For Output Location, click the Browse button and find the Top20Imagery_04.gdb. It should be under Project > Databases.
