I am having this issue where whenever I press any keyboard key (even Windows), the map will begin to spin, kind of jittery-like, and the refresh icon will not stop spinning. Then I am prevented from panning with the mouse and I cannot highlight anything on the screen (basically frozen). Pressing ESC will stop the refresh icon and allow me click on tabs in the task bar, but I still at that point am unable to pan with the mouse or keys, though I am able to turn layers on and off. Opening a different project allows me to use the display again until I press any keyboard shortcut. It is super frustrating. The bug is also somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes everything works fine, but other times this happens. Any ideas?
