I just caught an issue that seems to have been happening for a few months. When Editors are updating a Survey123 using the Web Browser, when they change the value of a drop-down field from scheduled to cancelled or any other options, the scheduled date is automatically being deleted. I checked the Form schema and there are no visible parameters setup, nor does it have any other advanced management tools. I have attached the XLS form for reference, it is the admin_status and scheduled_date fields. Even though the request has been cancelled, we still need these dates to track total requests that had been scheduled for that day, regardless of any change in status.
