Levels in the Indoors model have SHORT_NAME and VERTICAL_ORDER fields, and as per the doc SHORT_NAME is used as display name in the floor filter. This is indeed the case when you use the single facility filtering, but not with multi facility filtering.
While this might make sense when you have facilities-specific names for floors, it's the the case for us (we have 3500+ buildings with a standard naming convention for each floor level). We also have intermediate floors, so the floor between the ground floor and the first floor gets order 1, the first floor gets order 2 and so on. Seeing '2' as display for the first floor is rather confusing.
There should be an option for choosing between SHORT_NAME and VERTICAL_ORDER as display field when using the multi facility filtering.
Ultimately this is something we'd need in Enterprise, in the published services.
