Failed Conversion of S-57 to S-101 Cell (Maritime Tools) in ArcPro 3.6 version

Could you assist us in resolving an issue we’re encountering when converting an S-57 cell to an S-101 cell in Maritime Tools using ArcGIS Pro 3.6? The process fails with the following error message: ERROR 999999: An unexpected problem caused the tool to fail. Please contact Esri Technical Support (http://esriurl.com/support) to report this bug, and consult the error help for possible solutions or workarounds. We would appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

Hi Emmanuel,

That's a less than helpful error message which we try to avoid! Would this S-57 cell be a file you could share to help troubleshoot your particular issue? If so, you could send it to maritime@esri.com.

We have more enhancements coming in the Pro 3.7 release for the Convert S-57 to S-101 Cell geoprocessing tool, but I would like to insure your issue is resolved.
