what ever i need to get a license is to talk to admin using gmail and sent to Xiaoming Yang, exept... it doesn't work, main reason is address not found and "your message wasn't delivered to Xiaoming Yang because address coundn't be found or is unable to receive the mail" what now?????
looks like this is an issue internal to your company and needs sorting out with the admin.
