Rotate Polygon

I have this polygon created to represent a baseball diamond.  How do I rotate it around its center to match its physical orientation?

So there are two ways in which you can do this:

1. Editing
   1. Start and edit session
   2. Use the rotate tool to rotate it accordingly
2. Using a field
   1. You can set a value, as a double, and set the polygon to rotate according to that value.
