How to remove the 3 dots on the tabbed Portfolio app

Hello! I have a Portfolio app with two tabs and I cannot seem to figure out how to remove these 3 dots on the top right. They don't do anything and I don't see a configuration to remove them or to set them to an action. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Thanks for reaching out about this. The team looked into this and determined it to be an issue. This should be resolved with the next update to ArcGIS online happening later this week.
