413 RequestEntityTooLarge - EXIFメタデータ抽出ワークフローの自動化

こんにちは、

Sharepointライブラリで「Automating the EXIF metadata extraction workflow」というフローを有効にしてEXIFデータを抽出していますが、10MBを超えるファイルで実行すると、次のエラーが表示されます：「413 - RequestEntityTooLarge」。

この問題を解決する方法はありますか？

Using the option "Extract Exif data" without the Power Automate flow, it works fine.

Would you be able to share a sample file in a private message?

Also, have you tried using the "client-side" solution without the Power Automate flow and does that work fine?
