Map or Feature Services Extremely Slow while rendering.

If you Map and Feature services load slowly, it can be for various reason:
It can be your system resource (CPU, RAM, memory usage)
Number of ArcSOC running in ArcGIS Server, How much memory each ArcSOC process consuming.: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-identify-the-number-of-arcsoc-processes-in-a-win-000014461
Internal network related (VPN, firewall)
You can check the Server statistics:https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/administer/windows/about-server-statistics.htm
Map or Feature Services Extremely SlowSymptoms:• Web apps or dashboards take >10 seconds to load.• ArcGIS Server CPU spikes to 100%.Root Causes:• Too many service instances running concurrently.• Unoptimized map documents (complex symbology, labeling).Inefficient spatial queries or lack of spatial indexes.
Did the rendering issue start after the October 2025 update?
Are these services new or recently upgraded?
If not new, did these services perform better in the past?
You are going to have to provide some more details.- What version of Enterprise is being used?
- Is the service hosted or referenced?
- If referenced, what is the RDBMS being used (need all the details - version / patch level / EGDB version / etc.)?- Is it slow in different browsers?- How is it slow and when did this start?- Is the deployment local to your machine or using VPN? Those are some good questions to start with.......
