Getting to know Arcgis third edition

Question

I have a getting to know arcgis third edition text book but when I try to claim 180 day arcgis software trail for the eva code redemption the text book is not there. Can you please let me know how to fix this.

I suspect you didn't buy it from esri press since this thread refers to the 4th edition being quite old
