Connection Problem in Analysis Session ModelBuilder Map Viewer AGOL

Hello all! I tried to connect my ModelBuilder's Analysis session in the Map Viewer of ArcGIS Online since the current status is "Disconnected". When I clicked "Connect", the error window appeared, and it said:

"Failed to establish a connection

Unable to start the analysis session. A maximum number of 2 analysis sessions per user has been reached.

Learn more"

 

However, I did not do an analysis session at all. My license is Professional Plus.

Hi, 

Thanks for reporting this to us! If you didn't not start the session, this is strange for sure. We do have a limit of 2 connected sessions and the third one will give you this pop up.

 

Could you please share if you had connected to session on different browser tabs may be less than 30 mins back? or by chance someone else was using at the same time as same user? 

Could you share an approximate date/time you you this error?

Please could you also check by starting afresh with a new browser window > logging in> connecting to a model session?
