ArcGIS for Power BIでベースマップを選択できません

こんにちは、デスクトップのPower BIでArcGIS for Power BIを使用しているときに、ベースマップを選択したり、デフォルトでオフになっている他のビジュアル項目（例：フィーチャ情報の有効化やズームツール）を設定したりできません。<\/P> Microsoft 365およびArcGISアカウントでサインインしており、上記の操作が可能なはずです（https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/microsoft-365\/latest\/get-started\/accounts.htm<\/A>）。<\/P>原因は何でしょうか？ありがとうございます。<\/P> <\/span><\/P> <\/P>

Thanks for your question! Could you please try to add Power BI data to the map to make sure the map is working properly? Thank you!
