ArcGIS Pro 3.4.2: The “Int” tool fails to create the attribute table of a raster,

Question

In the screenshot below, the attribute table of the raster is not created because the values are not integers. However, using the “Int” tool does not appear to resolve the issue.

How can we still create the attribute table for the raster?

Your integer raster may have more than 65,535 unique values (I haven't downloaded and checked).

From Raster dataset attribute tables:

By default, the size of a raster attribute table is limited to 65,535 unique values. You can increase this number on the Options dialog box by clicking the Raster Dataset tab in the Raster section.

You could also try running the Build Raster Attribute Table (Data Management) tool.

As @Luke_Pinner  suggested, one would need to run the tool of Build Raster Attribute Table and then re-add the dataset in ArcGIS Pro. Attached is the screenshot for reference.
