A problem repeatedly occurred on "https://gismaps...pdf"

Question

Hi has anyone experienced any issues with the error message "A problem repeatedly occurred on "https://gismaps...pdf" when trying to open a hyperlinked pdf from Field Maps using iPhone iOS/Safari?  I have not made any changes to the layers or maps but now we are experiencing this issue and cannot open up hyperlinks that our field staff need to access.  The hyperlink will briefly load and/or flicker a few times before the error message is displayed (or no error message and just a black screen).

Any ideas?

I would make sure your urls are encoded, like using the URLEncode() method via arcade. That fixes most issues I have had with hyperlinks.

Also - check the field maps troubleshooting logging for more details. It may give you more details to go off of!
