Web Form Not Showing Next Page Button

I cannot get the next page button on the web form of my survey and keep getting this error.

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is a way around this bug atm.

But you could simulate "pages" by using conditional logic and the [relevant] column.

I need pages style  for my survey in the app though.

Remove this and try again.

EDIT: For clarity, it is a bug with "pages" and the web browser. The Web form isn't the most full-featured. I find the pages appearance causes all kinds of issues like that.
