There needs to be a way to modify more members or licenses than can be shown/selected a single page at a time. Specifically, this needs to be doable through the web interface instead of having to rely upon scripts. This becomes a problem when there are tens or more pages of members to go through, and can easily lead to mistakes.
Example:

What I would like to see is an option such as can be seen in Gmail that allows you to select all items matching that view/filter:
