numpy_financial（こちらからダウンロードできるパッケージです： numpy-financial PyPI<\/A> ）を使って、npf.irr()関数を利用したいと思っています。NumpyにはIRR関数がありましたが、非推奨となっており、numpy financialパッケージを使うことが推奨されています。<\/P>arcgisのクローン環境にパッケージをインポートしましたが、どうやら認識されていません。ArcGIS Proで既にnumpy_financialを使ったことがある方はいらっしゃいますか？そうでなければ、関数のコードをすべてコピーすることもできますが、それは少し大変です...<\/P><\/P>良い一日をお過ごしください<\/P><\/BODY><\/HTML>

numpy financial is being deprecated and eventually removed. All that means is that no further development or updates will be made and people should move on to the new package.
If you installed the replacement into your cloned environment and activated that environment, it should be available.
If you are in a pinch... it still exists in numpy (screen shot from Spyder, read the help topic and NEP 32
