Cannot get to ground to walk ESRI VR Sample

Looking to walk in the map but can't seem to get to the ground regardless of Location. I can reposition the XR Rig or camera to no avail.

I have looked in ArcGIS Location but unsure if this places me on the ground.

I am using this tutorial
